At Photoroom, I’m currently leading the thought leadership and guides content stream for its blog. This includes developing a content strategy, writing, image creation, user and expert interviews, and distribution planning.
MONEI
As the first and only content hire, I developed MONEI’s content strategy and production processes from the ground up.
Here are some of the achievements I’m most proud of:
Launched and spearheaded MONEI’s blog content strategy, publishing nearly 100 articles.
Created content for over 50 landing pages.
Reduced customer support tickets by improving and maintaining MONEI Support.
Improved user onboarding, by implementing email nurture sequences as part of the customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
The content I created drives over 200K impressions and 10K clicks per month, resulting in 1500 to 2000 conversions (signups) per month.
Organic search is the top user acquisition channel followed by direct and paid search.
